Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Mumbai
After arriving in Mumbai, get an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. The rest of the day is going to be fun-filled. In the afternoon, visit the well-known tourist attractions of the commercial capital of India including the Gateway of India, Hanging garden, Juhu beach, Haji Ali Dargah etc. Overnight in Mumbai.
Day 2: Mumbai – Cochin
Today, get on-time transfer to the airport to board a flight to Cochin. On arrival, meet an IHPL representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked resort, Coconut Lagoon. After completing the check-in formalities at your hotel, settle into your room and enjoy a mesmerizing view of the surrounding lush greenery, Cardamom Hills, tea gardens and spice plantations. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Stay overnight.
Day 3 – 9: Coconut Lagoon at Marari Beach (Ayurveda treatment)
Days 3 to 9 are booked for rejuvenating your tired mind, body and soul at Coconut Lagoon. In the span of 7 days, you avail the amazing benefits of Ayurveda therapies. Your program, therapies and meals during your stay at the resort are decided by the resident doctor. During these days, you consume only vegetarian diet and no alcohol or tobacco is allowed. You indulge in herbal body massages, yoga and meditation sessions, yogic meals high on nutritional value, steam baths, beauty treatments etc. If you want, you can have a word with the resident doctor. These 7 days become a great experience leaving you completely refreshed. You can also read Ayurveda books during your free time.
Day 10: Marari Beach
Day 10 after breakfast is free for leisure activities. You can indulge in the activities of your interest. If you can enjoy fun activities at the beach, explore the surroundings on foot, relish local renditions etc. Stay overnight.
Day 11: Periyar – Cochin
On the 11th day of the tour, visit Periyar National Park, an extremely popular wildlife reserve in the southern region of India. Indulge in wildlife safari with a boat ride in the Periyar Lake. Post lunch, hit the road to Cochin. On arrival, check-in your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 12: Departure from Cochin
Get on-time transfer to the airport to board a flight for your onward destination.
